Why Should You Go to Summer Camp?

Experience God in A New Way!

Summer Camp is a place where students' faith is impacted in big ways! Every aspect is designed intentionally to create a space where students can encounter God in new ways and allow Him to change their lives forever.

Deepen Friendships!

Spend time with your small group, deepening relationships. If you’re new to CHS or want to invite friends who have never been, this is a great opportunity to develop a new relationship in an organic way.

Did we mention a week at the beach?

In case you missed it, you’ll have an awesome time at the beach, deepening your relationships with both God and other students!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • You can register your student online using the Calvary Student Summer Camp registration link below. During registration, you’ll enter your student’s information, agree to the required permissions, and submit the deposit to hold their spot. Once you complete the form, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email. From there, you can log back into your account anytime to manage payments and update information.

The second step is to fill out the Harvey Cedars Medical Form. It should take about 5–10 minutes to complete.

Once both forms are submitted and the deposit is paid, your student’s spot is officially secured.

    Medical Form

  • A deposit is due at registration to secure your student’s spot for camp. After that, you can pay the remaining balance in one payment or make payments over time through your registration account.

If cost is a barrier, we want you to know up front that financial assistance and scholarships are available. You can request support during registration by selecting the “Scholarship Registration” option, or you can reach out to us directly at students@calvary-church.com and we’ll help you take the next step.

We never want a student to miss camp because of finances.

  • Right after you register, you should receive a confirmation email. That email is your receipt and your “you’re in” notice.

If you don’t see it within a few minutes:

    • Check your spam/junk folder

    • Search your inbox for “Church Center”

    • If it’s still not showing up, email us and we’ll confirm your registration manually

  • After you register, you’ll complete a medical form that asks about allergies, medications, dietary restrictions, and any other needs we should know about. Our staff reviews every form before camp so we’re prepared to care for your student well.

If your student takes medication, you’ll include that information on the form so we understand dosage and timing. If anything changes after you submit the form (new medication, updated allergy info, etc.), you can submit a new form or bring that information to check-in. Please make sure our team has the most accurate and up-to-date details.

    Medical Form

  • If there is an emergency, our staff will contact you immediately using the phone number you provide during registration. We want to make sure you’re informed quickly and clearly, and we’ll walk with you through whatever is needed.

If you need to reach your student during the week for a non-emergency reason, you can contact our student team directly or reach out to your student’s small group leader.

Leaders are with students throughout the day and can quickly pass along messages or help coordinate communication when needed.

  • Our goal is for students to truly unplug, be present, build friendships, and lean into what God is doing at camp, so we ask students to leave their phones at home.

Leaders are with them all day, and if a student needs to contact home, a leader will help them do that. If you ever need to reach your student during the week, you can contact our student staff (or their small group leader), and we’ll make sure your message gets to them.

If your student has a medical reason that requires having a phone, please send us an email ahead of time and we’ll work with you (students@calvary-church.com.)

  • That’s totally okay, we just need the details ahead of time so we can plan well and make sure your student is in the right place at the right time.

Please fill out this quick form before camp with your drop-off or pick-up details.

Once submitted, our student team will coordinate the plan and make sure a leader is ready to meet your student, walk them in, or have them ready for pick-up when you arrive.

  • We’ll send a detailed packing list and camp schedule a few weeks before camp, so you don’t have to guess. It’ll include what to bring, check-in instructions, camp guidelines, and a few helpful reminders.

If you follow that list, your student will be totally set for camp!

  • We get it, things come up. If you think your student may not be able to attend, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help you understand what options are available.

    Cancellation Policy

Deposits are always non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final payment will be due in full on May 8, 2026.

All payments will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable after May 8th, except for medical emergencies.

Still have questions? We’re here to help. Send us an email.
