Due to numerous ministry and holiday related events we do not offer private party rentals from Thanksgiving week through the New Year holiday.

Calvary Church in Souderton has been blessed with a wonderful facility and we believe God is challenging us to use it to meet the needs of people, groups, and organizations in our community. Whether you’re looking to hold a large corporate meeting, a departmental workshop, or a smaller intimate gathering, we have a wide variety of accommodations and amenities to support your event. Read about our options below.

Community & Business

You can utilize our rooms for conference rooms, banquets, seminars, corporate gatherings, recitals, training sessions, board meetings, social events, and more.

General Rental Information

  • Power outlets and WiFi are available in the rooms.

  • A kitchen for storage or light cooking is available for an additional fee.

  • Please do:  Bring your own food and decorations, and cover all tables.

  • Please do not:  Use messy items such as glitter, confetti, slime, play dough, bubbles, animals, or piñatas, etc. No popcorn machines, alcohol or smoking. Nothing can be taped to the walls.

  • Music is permitted as long as it is appropriate for a church setting and the volume is reasonable. No DJs or dance parties.  No music in Mr. B’s, since it is open to the public.

  • Please leave the room in the same general condition as it was found – we will empty the trash.

  • A 50% deposit and signed contract must be received within 2 weeks of placing the reservation, and balance is due two weeks before your party.

  • Capacity varies per room, so please provide your expected guest count so we can find the appropriate room for you. Parties must be contained within the reserved room, and not carry over into the hallway. 

  • We do not rent rooms for wedding receptions.

  • No alcohol allowed on premises / campus. Designated smoking areas outside entrances.

Private Parties or Meetings in Rooms

  • $250 for 5-hour rental (includes setup and cleanup time)

  • Party times: Monday through Saturday:  9am-2pm, 12-5pm, 3-8pm. Meeting times TBD.

  • No Sunday parties

  • As per request, we can provide

    • 5’round tables that seat 8 people

    • 8’ long tables for food and gifts

    • 8’ long kids tables and chairs that seat 10 children

Private Parties in a Room with Mr. B’s Playtime Included

  • $300 for a 5-hour rental which includes a private room AND Mr. B’s playtime

  • Party times Tuesday through Saturday:  9am-2pm (Mr. B’s 9:30-11:30am), 12-5pm (Mr. B’s 12:30-2:30pm), 3-8pm (Mr. B’s 3:30-5:30pm)

  • No Mr. B’s play time on Sundays

  • You will be setting up all party items in the private room, not Mr. B’s.

  • Please note Mr. B’s will be open to the public during your playtime, so we request you do not play music. There is no counter service, but vending machines are available. Maximum height for the PlayZone is 54” and socks are required.

Mr. B’s

Enjoy this spacious co-working environment with free Wi-Fi or take advantage of our kids play place for your little ones. Mr. B’s has tons of space for your next party or event.

Mr. B’s Only Parties (For smaller groups only)

  • $150 for a 2 hour rental

  • Party times are Tuesday through Saturday:  9:30-11:30am, 12:30-2:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm

  • No Mr. B’s party times on Sundays

  • You may setup no more than 15 minutes prior and cleanup needs to be completed 15 minutes after the party time.

  • We provide a row of 6 (30”) square tables and 20 chairs, 2 additional (5’) long tables for food and gifts, and a stack of chairs for additional seating.

  • Tablecloths are required for all tables. 4 (8’) longs must be used to cover all tables.

  • You may bring balloons (securely tied to a chair) or decorations, but nothing can be taped to the walls.

  • You may bring your own food and beverages.

  • Please note Mr. B’s will be open to the public during your playtime, so we request you do not play music. There is no counter service, but vending machines are available.  Maximum height for PlayZone is 54” and socks are required.

  • Please do not:  Use messy items such as glitter, confetti, slime, play dough, bubbles, etc. or play games that involve children running as the floor is a hard surface.

  • No piñatas, animals, face painters, balloon artists, paid characters, etc.

  • A 50% deposit and signed contract must be received within 2 weeks of placing the reservation, and balance is due two weeks before your party.

  • Instruct guests to enter at Door #6.

  • No alcohol on premises / campus is permitted.

After Hours Private Parties in Mr. B’s

  • $300 for a 2-hour rental

  • Party times are Tuesday through Saturday:  6:30-8:30pm

  • Mr. B’s will be closed to the public during your party time. There is no counter service, but vending machines are available. Maximum height for PlayZone is 54” and socks are required.

  • We provide a row of 6 (30”) square tables and 2 (5’) long tables that can be used for food and gifts. These tables must be covered. You may also use the counter space for food.

  • Round tables that seat 4 are available for guests. The number of these tables that are set up for you are based on the number of guests. These tables do not need to be covered.

Private Parties in the Cafe

  • $275 for a 5-hour rental in the Cafe only

    • $375 for a 5-hour rental in the Cafe and Gym

    • $325 for 5-hour rental in the Cafe with Mr. B’s Playtime included

  • Party times are Monday through Saturday:  9am-2pm, 12-5pm, 3-8pm

  • The Cafe includes a kitchen.

  • An assortment of Cafe tables are in the room and do not need to be covered.

Gym Usage

  • $300 for a 5-hour rental. The Gym rental does not include the Café. The Cafe MAY be available for an additional cost.

  • $75 for a 1-hour sports rental

  • A 50% deposit and signed contract must be received within 2 weeks of placing the reservation, and balance is due two weeks before the first practice.

Important Information

Please note that we limit private parties to 75 guests so that we can best serve those who are attending events on campus and so that we can also keep the environment safe for all the other guests who may be in the building at that time. Thank you for understanding and for helping us keep Calvary hospitality available to everyone!

Calvary Church may open its facilities to meet the needs of families and organizations in our community. Facility use will be not permitted by persons or organizations advancing or advocating beliefs, purposes, values, or practices that are inconsistent with Calvary’s Christian faith, values and beliefs. In addition, no event may contain religious content without advance approval by the Calvary Pastor who oversees facility management.
