FUSE is our middle school fall retreat where students take a break from everyday life to have fun, hang out, and ask big questions about life and faith. FUSE happens at High Point Camp during a weekend full of activities such as zip lining, ropes courses, boating in the lake, hanging in the coffee shop, and more! Students will attend main sessions filled with relevant truth and engaging worship. We know that FUSE will be a place where, year after year, relationships are built, walls are broken down, and lives are changed. We hope to see you there!

You will receive an email from us with details and reminders the week before the retreat. If you have any questions, please email us.
Schedule, Packing List, Prayer List, & Rules will be posted here at least two weeks before FUSE.
You will need to complete the registration form below in order to register. You will be brought back to the registration form after making your payment. You MUST click the SUBMIT button in order to complete your registration properly.
1. Fill out our scholarship application.
2. Fill out the FUSE Registration Form below. You will not be required to submit payment with the form.
3. You will receive an approval email from the Calvary Students team if your scholarship has been approved.
4. After you receive this email, you can submit the approved payment amount in the form of check or cash to Calvary directly:

Or you can drop it off at the main office (Door 1) during office hours. Do not give checks to leaders or pastors to turn in for you. That is an easy way for checks to be misplaced!
We are not able to accept online payments for scholarships for this retreat.

+ I’M NEW TO THIS… HOW DO I SIGN MY STUDENT UP?
Welcome! All you need to do is complete the registration form above. We have everything listed that you need to do in order to be fully registered there. If you have any questions that are not addressed on that page, you can always contact us!
+ I JUST FILLED OUT THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. HOW DO I KNOW IF IT WENT THROUGH?
If it went through, you should get a confirmation email.
+ WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, then something may have gone wrong. Please email Calvary Students.
+ WHAT IF I NEED FINANCIAL AID IN ORDER FOR MY STUDENT TO ATTEND FUSE?
We are happy to help you with that! We never want a student to miss out on a retreat because of financial need. You can follow the instructions listed above the Registration form to apply for a scholarship. Please follow the instructions exactly as they appear. Also, please note that we almost always ask for some sort of monetary deposit when you apply for a scholarship.
+ HOW DO I PAY?
You will be required to submit the full payment at the end of the registration form. Please note that you will be taken to a new page to pay, but you must be sure to go back to the registration form after payment to submit the form, otherwise it will not go through properly. For those applying for scholarships, please note that we are not able to take online payments for scholarships this year. + REALLY? NO CELL PHONES? WHAT IF MY STUDENT NEEDS TO CONTACT ME OR VICE VERSA?
Yes. Really, no cell phones. All of our leaders will carry cell phones should the need to communicate arise. Please note that all student cell phones found will be confiscated until returning to Calvary Church, and unfortunately your student will no longer be permitted to attend Polar Bear Weekend in February as a consequence.
+ HOW WILL PARENTS BE CONTACTED IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
Someone on staff will call the phone number you provided us on the registration form. Please be sure that this information is accurate.
+ HOW CAN I CONTACT MY STUDENT IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
The emergency contact information will be given to you at check-in for FUSE. You may also contact your student's small group leader if needed.
+ WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS A FOOD ALLERGY?
Please indicate this in your student’s registration.
+ MY STUDENT STARTED TAKING MEDICATION AFTER WE FILLED OUT ALL OF THE PAPERWORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
That is okay! You can download the medication dispensing form from the medical packet here, and just bring that with you to Check-In. We do need one of these forms in order to be able to dispense medication to your student, so be sure to fill one out! There will also be blank printed copies available for you to fill out at Check-In.
+ WHAT SHOULD MY STUDENT PACK FOR CAMP?
Not to worry! We will post all of the information that your student will need for camp no later than 2 weeks before they leave. This will include Check-In details, packing list, schedule, student & safety guidelines, dress codes, & prayer list.
+ OUR PLANS CHANGED, AND MY STUDENT HAD TO DROP OUT. CAN WE GET A REFUND?
It depends. Once our final payment is due, Calvary pays the full amount for ALL students signed up at that time. Refunds will only be given before October 6. After that date, we no longer have your money or are able to get it back in order to refund you. If your student drops out after October 6 and final payment has not been made, please understand that you are still responsible to pay for your student’s spot.
+ OKAY, IF I AM NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND, CAN I FIND ANOTHER STUDENT TO TAKE MY STUDENT’S PLACE?
Sure! Sometimes, we know of a student or two that would be interested. Please understand that Calvary is not responsible for finding a replacement for your student. If you know of someone, and they sign up in your student’s place, we just ask that you take care of payment with them on your own.
+ WHEN IS THE LATEST THAT MY STUDENT CAN PULL OUT OF CAMP?
Well, that depends. If you want a refund, they would need to pull out before registration closes on October 6. Otherwise, there is not technically a drop-out date, but it is extremely beneficial to all of us planning the retreat if we get this information at least two weeks before camp. But you don’t have to wait that long, either…the earlier we know, the better!
+ HOW DO I CANCEL MY STUDENT’S REGISTRATION?
Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to Calvary Students and confirmed with a response email. Cancellations made between now and October 6 will receive a full refund. Cancellations sent after October 6 will receive no refund of any kind.
