Unveiled  - authentic lives in a plastic world
November 12-13, 2010

for girls 12-24 and the women in their lives

Unveiled  grew out of conversations between friends and colleagues that often included the phrase “if I had only known”—if I had known... how much God loves me... I was believing a lie... how to seek after God’s heart and learn to trust Him. Our desire is to be used by God to empower young women to live authentic lives of freedom and truth in the midst of  a “plastic” world. Be part of a weekend filled with music, great speakers, interactive breakout sessions, a fashion show, and food!

Conference Schedule:

Friday night: 7:00-9:00pm

  • music
  • main session with Ingrid DeSanctis
  • dessert bar

Saturday: 8:30am–4:30pm

  • continental breakfast
  • music
  • 2 main sessions with Dannah Gresh
  • lunch

**what are they thinking?
This session will be a unique time for honest questions and answers about things you want to know but never felt like you could ask a guy. We hope to shed light on what the male population thinks about life, love and dating, along with things that are most important to them. Come with questions you may have! With a panel of guys of all different age ranges, we hope to get some answers.

Whether you’re seeking insights for friendship, family or dating purposes, this workshop will explore issues and biblical answers to help you cultivate relationships that are healthy, vibrant and ALL God intends them to be!

Ever wish you had a delete key on your mouth?

Becoming Authentically Attractive
Karen Zacca
Do you struggle with wanting people to notice you and hoping they like you? This breakout will look at our longings to be significant and loved and how we mistakenly search for ways to fill those longings.

Discover coping tools and strategies that build hope at a time when things can seem hopeless.

Living with shattered dreams
T Garber
Divorce shatters dreams: for girls yearning for parents who love each other, for young women looking for that happily-ever-after marriage. T Garber shares from a personal perspective how painful the ripples of divorce are through generations, but also about the hope that can be found in the unfailing love of Christ.

Cookie cutter or unique?
Shannon Lamb
God has designed each of us to be unique: personality, interests, and gifts. Discover how God’s gifted you and how you can use those gifts to bless others.

S.O.S.
Jeff Supp
When crisis strikes, there is no manual or instruction booklet. Crisis can strike at any moment, and when it does, it often leaves us dazed and confused. This breakout will guide you in how to listen and respond in wisdom when someone you love is in crisis.

Great sexpectations

In our Kardashian culture, Biblical purity does not seem progressive, possible, or profitable. However, this session will unveil the sexiness and significance of “doing it” right.

Wowed by God? Worship is not for the fainthearted
Jackie Kulp
If you think prayer and worship are only for sissies, think again! Find out what God desires of us and what this can mean for all girls/women in our culture today.

Mythbusters

In this breakout we will identify myths that can keep us stuck in a funk.
Discover the “secret” to being content in all circumstances.
