Special Features at Midweek

Bridge Weeks
This year at Midweek we're going to be intentional about giving a clear gospel presentation as part of each series we do (once every 5-6 weeks). We're calling these Bridge Weeks. We know many of you are working to build relationships with people who are still investigating Christianity, and so we want to provide you with these Bridge Weeks as a tool to help you further those spiritual conversations. We'll let you know in advance when those weeks will be.

Our first Bridge Week is scheduled for October 15.

Worldview Wednesdays
Perodically we'll address a contemporary topic and seek to offer a biblical perspective. Our first Worldview Wednesday will address God & Government. What is the role of a Christian as a citizen of the United States?

Our first Worldview Wednesday is scheduled for October 29.

Pizza
Come early, bring the family, and enjoy pizza and time together with other Midweek-ers. Pizza arrives at 6:00pm in Mr. B's Coffeehouse. The cost is $1.00 per slice.



Day of Service

Saturday, October 25
We, the Midweek community, have taken on the project of cleaning up the picnic grove behind the church as a service to our church body and the community. Plan to join us Saturday, October 25, 8:00am.

If you are a handyman or handywoman and can use your skills to help with some of the projects (e.g., fixing picnic benches and the fire pit), please contact Cheri in the church office (cschnittjer@calvary-church.com).

Wednesday Night Children’s Ministries (infant through 6th grade) 7:00 pm
Child care provided for infants through two-year-olds. The three-year-old through kindergartener program includes puppet shows, singing, story time, crafts, and play with a purpose. Kidz PowerXpress and Boys Brigade are girls-only and boys-only clubs for children in first through sixth grades.
