9:00 am – 3:00 pm at Penn View Christian School

Who: Men ages 16 to 80

Cost: $55 / Team (Teams can have no less than 3 and no more than 4 players)
- Members of the championship team will receive a championship T-shirt.
- All competitors should bring one dark t-shirt and one white t-shirt.

o Money must be submitted with registration and to hold your team’s spot
o There will be food and drinks provided (extra cost)
