Small Group Leader

Ever wonder how people get interested and involved in different ministries? Tracy went from one area of ministry to a completely different area of ministry.

“I was in a different ministry and enjoyed it very much, but I moved to Small Group Leader to follow my teenage daughter. My main focus of serving has been singing, and I thought I would really miss it. But the girls have been very welcoming and the time goes by really quickly because it’s so fun – so it was an easy transition for me to change ministries.”

“I feel like God has made it easy to be a SGL because of my want and desire to be there, the girls are really great, and it’s such a blessing to be a part of their lives and see how He works through them.”

“I know it probably seems intimidating to take on the role as a SGL, but the kids just want to be loved and want attention so they’re open to anyone who wants to invest time with them.”
